Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986, in Hereford, England) is an English singer-songwriter. Having caught the public's attention in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding rapidly rose to the top of the charts due to her enthralling electronic pop style. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding's soprano quirk and ability to write catchy but emotional songs put her in the forefront of modern mainstream music, in addition to arty and independent pop.
